Conference Registration Information
Register now to join us July 9-13, 2022 at the NMEA 2022 hybrid conference, hosted by the NYSMEA regional chapter, and based at Hofstra University in Hempstead, Long Island, NY! We are offering four different registration options to ensure that everyone has a chance to join us for this long-awaited chance to network, share, learn, and socialize, both in person and online.
Early-bird registration ends May 31, so make sure to register early and save some $$!

Guest tickets
IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW BEFORE REGISTERING:
Membership is required for conference registration. Applications for new/renewing members can be found here. ***Please note: New and renewing members will be able to log-in and register for the conference immediately upon completing NMEA member registration. Register before June 8th to take advantage of our OCEANDECADE membership discount.
Full Conference and Single Day registrations are available, each with early bird discounts. Note: you can register for a single day or two single days. For two single days, choose 1 “required” single day and 1 “optional” single day.
Guest and youth tickets are available for a variety of special events and meals. Tickets will be available at time of registration. Please order guest tickets early, as space is limited for some activities. Once advance registration is closed on July 7th, we cannot guarantee the availability of guest tickets.
Field trips and a post-conference trip are available to conference participants and guests at an additional cost. Please keep necessary food and travel accommodations in mind when selecting a field trip. To prevent field trip cancellations, sign up early!

COVID Policy
All attendees who wish to participate in person at the 2022 NMEA Conference will have to conform to the current Hofstra University COVID requirements. Current Hofstra University policy: Vaccinations required for all in-person participation (no booster required), masks are optional.

Conference Registration Change Policy | |

Anytime | You can transfer your complete registration to another person. Partial transfers will incur a $50 change fee. Instructions can be found on the FAQ Page. |

June 1 and after | Full and Lite registration changes to one-day registrations will incur a $50 change fee. You can add event tickets and field trips.* |
*If you would like to trade or sell a ticket for an event or field trip, you may utilize the "Swap Board" during the conference, located at the hospitality desk.
NMEA 2022 T SHIRTS
NMEA22 T-shirts are not included in the price of registration, but are available to order during registration at the advance purchase rate of $15. Sizes are guaranteed for online registrations submitted on or before Friday, May 20. If you place an order after that date, we will do our best to make sure you get your first choice, but it is not guaranteed. T-shirts will be available on-site for $20.
BREAKFAST OPTION AT HOFSTRA STUDENT CENTER
Breakfast is not included in conference registration. There is a Starbucks, Au Bon Pain and cafeteria in the Student Center that accepts cash and credit cards.
