Lodging Options

Looking to join us in person? We are pleased to offer a variety of Hotel and Dormitory housing options at Hofstra University for the upcoming summer conference!

DORMITORY

Dormitory space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis until full. Do not delay in reserving your space. Room rates are $65, $75, $80 or $170 per person based on room type and bathroom sharing. Currently, Dorm residents are required to follow Hostra University COVID protocols. Hofstra has a mask and vaccine mandate on campus (those that are eligible for a vaccine must be vaccinated). Guidelines may change as the situation evolves over the next several months. Families and children are welcomed but must pay the same prices and follow the COVID protocols that are place. (A family of four in the dorms will cost $260/night, so people may want to look at some of the local hotels.)

Parking on campus is free.

CONFERENCE HOTEL

NMEA 2022 has just a few KING only rooms remaining at our discounted rate at the Long Island Marriott. DUE TO THIS LIMITED AVAILABILITY, IF YOU ARE NOT PLANNING ON STAYING MORE THAN 4 NIGHTS, PLEASE CONSIDER STAYING AT THE DORM.

Room rates: single $179 / double $199 (plus taxes).

Parking will be complimentary. Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to check-in to forego any charges.
