The National Marine Educators Association would like to invite you to join us for our online and live auctions for the 2022 NMEA national conference, hosted by New York State Marine Education Association at Hofstra University on Long Island, NY from July 9th through July 14th. We will be auctioning off must-have items and all auction proceeds will go to our scholarship programs, which directly support marine and aquatic educators.

Online Silent Auction

Register for the online silent auction if you can’t be there in-person or want to bid on-the-go while at the conference. Click the auction link below to take you to Bidding Owl platform. Bidding for the Online Silent Auction begins Friday, June 24th and concludes on Monday, July 11th at 3:00pm ET. So, start your auction bidding early online and check back often as items are added.

In-person Auctions & Raffles

There will also be a separate in-person live auction on Monday, July 11th in the evening, after the banquet dinner.  And to add to the bidding excitement, there is still more with in-person raffles during the conference. Good luck!

Donors

We are eagerly accepting donations of items, demonstrations, or services for the live and silent auctions!

Use this form to apprise us of auction items you will be donating. Donations are accepted now through July 4, 2022.

Bidders

  1. Auction items that will be physically visible at the conference will be “starred” online.

  2. Items that are physically at the auction can only be bidded on if you are attending the auction in person or appoint someone there to bid on your behalf and carry out the item/s.  

  3. You can bid online from your device by registering for the auction. You can register for the auction even if you are not attending the conference. See auction link above.  

  4. Auction items from donors’ homes will be mailed directly to you by the donor.
