Stay at Boston University
Book a private bedroom in a shared apartment at 10 Buick Street.
10 Buick Street is an air-conditioned residence hall at Boston University with private, single-occupancy bedrooms and shared bathrooms. You will share an apartment with other conference attendees (four (4) persons per suite). Rooms are available from Friday, July 26 - Thursday, August 1 at a rate of $97.50 per person per night. This booking site will close Wednesday, July 24 at 12pm ET.
Each shared apartment contains four (4) private bedrooms and two (2) shared bathrooms. All beds are Twin-XL (single person). A sample floorplan can be found below.

10 Buick Street Details:
Each bedroom is furnished with a desk and chair, dresser, and closet. Beds are made upon arrival and include one pillow, sheets and a comforter, a blanket, and bath towels. Daily housekeeping is not provided.
Beds are around 24 inches above the ground. Beds are not lofted.
A shared living area contains a table and chairs, couch, and a kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, stove, and microwave oven. Attendees are welcome to use the kitchen, however, cookware and utensils are not provided.
Check-in starts at 3:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am. There is an on-call front desk attendant available 24 hours a day.
The building has 24-hour front desk security and free guest WiFi.
All individuals must have their own room reservation. Overnight guests are not permitted. Each bedroom accommodates one person.
Cancellation Policy and other booking details: Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made 30 days before anticipated arrival to receive a refund. Reservations made within 30 days of the anticipated arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in case you need to cancel within 30 days.
Suitemate requests: You can request to share your apartment with another conference attendee on your order form after clicking 'Reserve Your Spot'. Apartments are typically one-gender unless a specific request is made otherwise. Rooms are assigned based on requested "suitemates", gender identity, arrival date, and length of stay. We will do our best to honor requests for suitemates but requests are not guaranteed.
OVERNIGHT PARKING ON CAMPUS
Overnight parking passes are available for purchase for attendees that reserve on-campus overnight accommodations. Each pass is valid for one vehicle for up to seven nights. Overnight parking passes are $90. Lot location, instructions, and a QR code pass will be emailed prior to the conference. Passes must be requested by 12pm on Wednesday, July 27.
Lot Information
Overnight parking will be available in the Langsam lot at 142 Gardner Street. The Langsam lot is a 10 mintute walk from the residence hall. Handicap parking is available in the lot.

Handicap accessible parking is available for attendees with handicapped placards or plates. Attendees with handicap placards or plates are allowed to park at any available street parking spot without paying at the meter. Limited street parking is available on Commonwealth Avenue a short walk from the George Sherman Union.
