Conference at Boston University in Massachusetts, July 28 - July 30. 

NMEA is a national, member-based organization dedicated to advancing the understanding and protection of our freshwater and marine ecosystems. During the week of the conference, you will be joined by hundreds of formal and informal educators, research scientists, and state and federal agency representatives to exchange information and build connections that may inspire new ideas for working towards resiliency.

The exhibit space will be in the Sherman Union, Ziskind Lounge. Exhibit hours are listed below, and the conference schedule will be available soon. Please note that while the exhibit space will be open all day, traffic will be lighter during plenary and concurrent sessions. We will have a dedicated exhibitor session on Monday and make every effort to encourage conference attendees to visit the exhibits whenever they can.

Tables include 6-ft table, 2 chairs, tablecloth, Wi-Fi. Power access may be available.

Sunday July 28:

  • 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Vendor Set up

Monday July 29: 

  • 8:00 am - 10:00 am - Vendor Set-up (continued)

  • 10:15 am - Exhibits Open

  • 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm - Exhibit and Poster Session

  • 5:00 pm - Exhibits Close

Tuesday July 30: 

  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm - Exhibit Hours

  • 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm - Breakdown

We would love to have you join us! If you cannot attend the conference as an exhibitor, but would like to send materials to be made available to the conference attendees, please let us know.

Options for registration

$100: Add-on Exhibit Table to Full Conference Registration
Includes only the registered staff member. Conference registrant would staff the table.

$250: Exhibit Table Only, No Conference Access
For exhibitors not registered for full conference.
Includes lunch, coffee, and snacks for 2 table staff on Monday & Tuesday.
