If you are an organization, business, or individual that aligns with the NMEA mission and values, we cordially invite you to join us as an exhibitor at the 2025 National Marine Educators Association Conference at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (ULL) in Louisiana, June 29 - July 3.
NMEA is a national, member-based organization dedicated to advancing the understanding and protection of our freshwater and marine ecosystems. During the week of the conference, you will be joined by hundreds of formal and informal educators, research scientists, and state and federal agency representatives to exchange information and build connections that may inspire new ideas for working towards resiliency. Exhibiting with NMEA will allow you the unique opportunity to share your cutting edge materials, resources, services, and products with leaders in this community.
The exhibit space will be in the Atchafalaya Ballroom and surrounding areas within the ULL Student Union. Please note that while the exhibit space will be open during exhibit hours listed below, traffic will be lighter during plenary and concurrent sessions. We will have a dedicated exhibitor session on Monday and make every effort to encourage conference attendees to visit the exhibits whenever they can. Exhibit space includes a 6-ft table, 2 chairs, tablecloth, and Wi-Fi. Power access may be available.

For exhibitors not registered for the full conference.
Includes lunch, coffee, and snacks for 2 exhibit staff on Monday & Tuesday.
Exhibitors primarily focus on marketing and promoting their offerings, resources, or opportunities.

For vendors not registered for the full conference.

Vendors are those that market their products and also sell goods or services at the conference.
