2022 NMEA Membership Drive

The 2022 NMEA Membership Drive begins on Earth Day, April 22, and it will continue through World Ocean Day, June 8, 2022. 

Starting April 22, recruit new NMEA members and be entered to win a lifetime NMEA membership! Members can sponsor a new member and pay for the new member’s membership or just recruit them. The OCEANDECADE membership discount has been extended to be available throughout the drive so new members can still save $20 off of any membership type.

Any existing NMEA member who brings in a new (NOT renewing) member gets an "entry" (one entry per new member recruited). All entries will be placed in a hat and the winner will be drawn from the hat at the conference. Winner gets a lifetime NMEA membership!

How it Works

  1. Recruit (or sponsor) a NEW member

  2. Submit the form

  3. You’ll be entered to win a Lifetime NMEA Membership

We also encourage existing members to bring in new chapter members as well! There are additional OCEANDECADE discounts for chapter members.

Additional details

  • Recruiting members should submit this google form for each person they bring in.

  • Encourage your “new members” to include your name as how they learned about NMEA when they fill out the membership registration form.

  • After the drive, we will verify that they each entry is actually a new member, and print out names to draw from a hat to choose the winner!
